The registration fee including the late fee now (post 7/1/2010) for the 2010-11 season is as follows:

One player = $180

Two players = $360

Three players = $540
 

Pay by check: Make checks out to Irvington AYSO with your forms. Send the check, signed disclaimer forms, and birth certificate (if needed) to:

Your registration will not be considered complete until we receive:
 
1). Three copies of the disclaimer form with your child’s information printed in the top section of the form;
2). Payment
3) a copy of your child's birth certificate, if this is the first time they are playing AYSO

You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete.

If the disclaimer does not print with your child’s information it is an indication that the electronic form was not received.  Please try either a different computer or a different browser.
